7. Return, Replacement and Refund

1. 24-Hour Damage Window & Mandatory Unboxing Video

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: For all kitchen appliances and gadgets, a clear, unedited unboxing video is compulsory to claim a refund or replacement for physical damage or missing parts. The video must show the outer shipping label and the intact seal being broken.
• Reporting Window: Any transit damage, dented item, or missing accessory must be reported via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received after 24 hours will be strictly rejected.
• Except for transit damage, customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or replacement.
• Condition Checklist: The item must be unused, unwashed, and packed in its original box packaging. All standard accessories (power cords, user manuals, blades, or attachments) must be inside the box.

2. Return Shipping & Reverse Logistics Fees

• Self-Ship Policy: The customer must ship the item back to our centralized warehouse using a reliable, trackable courier service (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, or India Post).
• Reverse Shipping Deduction: If we arrange a pickup service for your area, a flat logistics fee of ₹149 to ₹499 (depending on weight and zone) will be deducted from your final refund amount.

3. Refund Processing (COD vs. Prepaid)

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly to the original source account minus shipping/restocking fees.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Strictly no cash refunds. COD refunds are issued only via Store Credit/Discount Vouchers or instant UPI transfer after bank account verification.

4. 15% Restocking Fee

• Gadgets and home improvement items are subject to a 15% testing and restocking fee if returned for a refund.
• Fee Waiver: This 15% fee is completely waived if you choose Store Credit (Wallet/Voucher) instead of a bank refund.

5. Mandatory Unboxing Video & Troubleshooting

• Gadgets: A mandatory 2-minute remote troubleshooting video call with our technical support team is required before a return is approved.
• Damage/Missing Claims: You must upload a clear unboxing video showing the damaged product or missing hardware within 24 hours of delivery. Without an unboxing video, transit damage claims will not be accepted.
